In addition to the campground, we have apartment rentals available. The campground apartments have access to the lake, campground and house patios for your entertainment and enjoyment. Three apartments are located adjacent to the campground and two are in Historic Downtown Johnson City, Tennessee ( about 25-30 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway). Most of the apartments can be joined to accommodate a larger group.

APARTMENT #2 - Campground Apartment - This beautiful and brightly decorated loft apartment, sleeps 4-6. This beautiful loft bedroom has two large beds and overlooks the large ground floor with couch (that can accommodate 2 additional persons upon request), bath, efficiency kitchen and spiral staircase to loft.

APARTMENT #3 - Campground Apartment -This is the smallest of the apartments and is a one room efficiency, tastefully decorated with a beautiful view overlooking the lake. Large queen size bed, large bathroom , small refrigerator and microwave and comfortable seating to dine in , watch television or enjoy the view of the lake. Apartments 2 and 3 can be rented together to accommodate 6-8 persons.

APARTMENT #6 - Johnson City Apartment- Located in the heart of the historic district of Johnson City and nightclub scene. This historic building was built in 1905 and exhibits original brick walls and high ceilings. This upstairs loft apartment includes everything a party of four needs to enjoy the area during race weekend, two separate bedrooms, dining and living room combination, bath, shower room, and efficiency kitchen. Cable and internet available.

APARTMENT #7 - Johnson City Apartment -Located in the heart of the historic district of Johnson City and nightclub scene. This historic building was built in 1905 and exhibits original brick walls and high ceilings. This upstairs loft apartment includes everything a party of 2-4 needs to enjoy the area during race weekend, one or two separate bedrooms, dining and living room combination, bath, shower room, full kitchen and washer and dryer facilities. Cable and internet available.

APARTMENT #8 - Campground Apartment - Spacious and beautifully decorated two story apartment with large oval windows overlooking a large stone patio in front, as well as a section of the lake and surrounding area. The first floor is a large open livingroom with adjoining bar and kitchen and a private full bath. Upstairs has 2 queen size beds with a half bath.
